No Boil Lasagne



1 pound sweet italian sausage
3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion 
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of diced tomatoes (drained)
2 6oz cans tomato paste
2 6.5 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tes italian seasoning
1 tab salt
1 tsp oregano
THEN....
1 box of No Boil lasagne noodles
1 egg
1 container 16oz of ricotta cheese
3/4 lb mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese


Cook meats add onion and garlic when almost all the pink is gone...  add the can of tomatoes then the tomato paste and sauce. Add the water and mis the sugar in and add all the spices. 

Then add some sauce to the bottom of the pan... 9x13
Add 3 noodles to cover bottom. Add a large spoonful on top of each noodle
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top follow up with a thin layer of the meat sauce on top of that. Repeat until all the noodles are gone. At the top load it with cheese and grate some fresh parmesan cheese on the very top.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 375* for 50 minutes... then take the tin foil off and BROIL for 5 minutes keeping a close eye on it until it looks this good! AND ENJOY!
